Assessment and Recommendation for employees and potential candidates for employment to determine physical suitability for the role being applied for. Same day reporting and results with customisable options to suit your business needs.
Wellness Exercise Groups
Group exercise therapy targeted towards falls prevention, balance, general strengthening and fucntional strength- generally in a residential care setting, but also implemented in community groups, schools, etc.
